住宿書院多方培育品格修養 (轉載:澳門日報)

澳大學生會會員大會主席團主席梁景倫帶領成員宣誓 澳門大學提倡全天候、多方位、體驗式的教育,推行融合專業、通識、研習和社群教育的“四位一體”教育模式,不但要培養專通融合、見識廣博的優秀人才,更期望住宿式書院制度,多方位塑造學生的品格修養等,讓學生有寬廣胸懷、廣闊視野,在人生價值和品格追求上達到“大雅”,更好地去承諾服務更廣的世界。   澳大有十所書院,是目前亞洲最具規模和最完整住宿式書院系統的大學。書院為學生營造一個小型的、緊密互動的生活環境,不同年級、族群、專業的學生生活、娛樂在一起,互相學習,互相激勵,共同成長。調查發現,書院學生在公民責任、領導才能、社區關愛、文化參與、藝術欣賞、情緒、體能、健康生活、同儕關係上都更勝一籌,對學生性格養成、價值取向等都產生正面影響。   高桌晚宴學習禮儀 黃穎聰是五年制法學士學位(中葡雙語授課)課程大二兼蔡繼有書院院生,坦言自己是“書院迷”。對比起大學首年在葡萄牙大學的生活,同樣居於學校宿舍,體驗卻大不同。書院經常舉辦形形色色的活動,組織探訪老人院、到訪保護動物組織看望被遺棄的貓咪,學習關懷身邊的人和事。想走得遠一些的,可參加書院的文化交流團,足跡踏過北京、馬六甲、泰國、越南、美國等地,讓學生增廣見聞。最近期的非洲鼓工作坊和禪修工作坊,一動一靜,激活學生藝術細胞或涵養身心。 講到修養,黃穎聰說不得不提定期舉辦的高桌晚宴,每次都是學習禮儀的好機會,從微笑、握手、打招呼,到衣着配搭,還有餐桌禮儀,“學識舉止溫文爾雅,人際交往都可以加分。”有的書院還在高桌晚宴上請來著名歌劇演員和三重奏樂隊即場表演,上演一場場音樂盛宴,滋養學生心靈,陶冶性情。   似一家人談天說地 書院好似“一頭家”,書院導師和各樓層由研究生擔任的樓層助理以及高年級的本科生擔任的學生助理照顧這個“家”,“家人”來自不同學系、民族甚至國家。土木及環境工程系、學生會會員大會主席團主席學生梁景倫從大一開始住書院,三年來,室友分別讀會計、中文、經濟等專業,不同學術背景的同學談天說地,為走近不同的知識殿堂打開了一道門,又互相分享生活態度,笑談人生。與黃穎聰共用洗手間的兩位“廁友”則來自捷克、法國,“一齊彈下結他,煮下飯,交流下葡文同法文”,領略彼此的生活文化。 以培養具大博之識和大雅之度的大學生為目標,澳大的策略很成功。學識豐富、溫文儒雅、謙和有禮,最好又帶點風趣幽默,這樣的大學生,社會一定愛。
