Introduction & Welcome
Founded in 2014, Choi Kai Yau College is one of ten Colleges at the University of Macau, the university with the largest residential college system in the Asia-Pacific region. As part of the 4-in-1 Educational Model of the University of Macau, the Residential Colleges provide a platform for integrative learning for the whole-person development of our students.
Choi Kai Yau College aims to provide a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment for peer and community learning for the 800+ students and 50+ faculty Fellows affiliated with the College, who hail from different parts of the world and from diverse academic and professional disciplines. Through living together in the College, the students (and Fellows) can share together the joys of learning, discovery and growth through communal experiences. Students are also encouraged to develop their talents and leadership abilities and broaden their horizons through the many College activities, internships and exchange opportunities.
Choi Kai Yau College strives to be a warm and caring community that enriches the lives of our students, offering them the supportive environment for them to hone their skills, challenge themselves and pursue their dreams.
I welcome you to explore these webpages to discover what Choi Kai Yau College has to offer.
